Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Grace Pay order. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return it.

Please contact us at hello@gracepace.co and we’ll provide the return details. Items should be returned in their original condition and with any original packaging where possible.

Once your return has been received, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Your original standard delivery cost will also be refunded where applicable.
